Requirements :
 - Male / Female, Max. age 25 years old - (1,3,4)
- S1: in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) - (1)
- D3 : in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical) - (1,2,3,4 )
- For Electrical: major in high-tension electricity and understand PLC - ( 2 )
- GPA (IPK) = min. 3.0 from reputable university - (1,2,3,4 )
- Well proven in English communication skill (spoken & written) - (1,2,3,4 )
- Posses cooperative and self-assured characters, strong analytical background - (1,2,3,4 )
- Persistence and achievement result driven, and adequate in collaborated with others - (1,2,3,4 )
- Familiar with computer and technical drawing programs such as Autocad - (1,2,3,4 )
